a. Course Refunds:

You may request a refund within 7 days of course enrollment if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. Refunds are not available for courses that have been fully completed or if certificates have been issued.

b. Subscription Refunds:

Subscription refunds may be available within 3 days of purchase if you have not accessed any premium content. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

2. Cancellation Fees

a. Course Cancellations:

Courses cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for full refunds. After 24 hours, a processing fee of ₹99 may apply to cover administrative costs.

b. Subscription Cancellations:

Subscription cancellations do not incur fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Submit a Refund Request:

b. Provide Details:

Include your enrollment ID or order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, course progress details).

d. Refund Decision:

You will be notified of the refund decision within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the service was unsatisfactory, XLab may issue a partial refund based on the severity of the issue and the portion of the course or service affected. This applies to technical issues, content quality problems, or instructor-related concerns.

5. Dispute Resolution
